True Lemon works very well. I don't use lemons enough to make having fresh ones around the house worthwhile, so these handy packets are the perfect product for me. They taste exactly like they should and mix easily into whatever your making. My personal favorite is adding a packet to my freshly steeped ginger tea.
I always have this on hand, for adding to beverages, for use in salad dressings...basically anywhere a spritz of lemon would add to the flavour.
