Shipping & returns



Our orders generally ship within 24 hours. You will be contacted if there are reasons to delay your shipment. All PO Boxes are shipped via Canada Post Expedited. All other addresses are either shipped via Canada Post Expedited or UPS according to our preference. Please refer to the tracking you are e-mailed to make sure you are available to receive your order. Any special requests on preferred shipping methods may incur additional charge. If you have special shipping needs or requests, please contact us.



Unfortunately, shipping damage occasionally happens. As carefully as we inspect and pack our orders, damage has been known to happen between our warehouse and your address. Please contact us if you have concerns about your order and we will make it right as quickly as possible.

Please note, we are not responsible for weather incurred damage. Please refer to weather advisories on each individual product on our website for warnings of possible heat or freezing damage. Chocolate, all liquids, baked products, and water-packed noodles are items to be especially aware of. 



We do not accept returns on food items unless there is damage or an incorrect product is received. On all other product returns outside of faulty or damaged items, you are responsible for return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. Please reach out to us if you wish to discuss the return of your order.
