Bob's Red Mill Baking Powder contains no sodium aluminum sulfate or sodium aluminum phosphate; monocalcium phosphate and sodium acid pyrophosphate are instead used for a double-acting product. It is gluten free and produced in a gluten-free facility. Use it for quick breads, biscuits, scones, waffles, pancakes, cakes, and cookies. Two recipes are included on the back of the package.
