This product is kept frozen until the day it ships. Shelf life is approximately 2 to 3 weeks at room temperature, up to 8 weeks refrigerated, or up to 6 months from best before date printed on bag when kept frozen. We strongly recommend refrigerating or freezing the product upon receipt.
Ingredients: Water, whole wheat flour, low carb flour (wheat gluten, corn starch, oat fibre, soy flour, soy oil, isolated soy protein, sesame flour, salt, calcium sulfate, sodium acid pyrophosphate. Contains 2% or less of: Dextrose, sodium bicarbonate, fumaric acid, calcium propionate (preservative), potassium sorbate, sucralose, and sodium meta bisulfate). Vegetable shortening (palm oil, vegetable mono & diglycerides, poly sorbate 60). Baking powder (sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, sodium aluminum sulfate, calcium sulfate, mono calcium phosphate). Salt, sodium propionate (to preserve freshness), fumaric acid, and dough conditioner (sodium meta bisulfate, micro crystalline cellulose and dicalcium phosphate).
